I apparently incorrectly ordered the "she believed she could" bracelet with the incorrect 2016 date.When it arrived, I emailed Ashley Jewels to request an exchange to receive the 2017 bracelet.

They gave me the return address and asked me to include a copy of the post tracking number in an email. I did so promptly on April 24,2017 but have not received my correct bracelet. I have emailed several times and received a response to one of the emails but nothing since then.

It is now May 11 and I will not be able to give it to my daughter for her graduation in two days.I'm very dismayed with the poor customer service as well as the delay in correcting my order.
