I ordered the "She Believed She Could" bracelet in April 2017 for my daughter's college graduation in May. I mistakenly ordered the wrong year (2016) because I didn't realize it came with previous year's dates.
Upon receiving the bracelet, I emailed customer service. They responded via email, pointed out that I had ordered the wrong bracelet and even sent me a picture of my incorrect bracelet. They told me to return the bracelet and they would correct the order. I returned it April 24th and emailed them a copy of the UPS tracking number.
As of today, August 24th, I have not received a new bracelet nor a refund. Emails to them only result in a canned email back saying that my order is being reviewed.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Monetary Loss: $20.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I liked: Bracelet was cute.
I didn't like: I returned bracelet but have not received refund.
